A fuller body. A richer cup. One that lingers a little longer.

Step 1—Grind
Grind 30g of coffee to a coarse consistency. A coarser grind helps produce a clean, balanced cup.
Step 2—Warm the Press
Rinse the French Press with hot water to preheat it. Empty the water before brewing.
Step 3—Add Coffee
Place the ground coffee into the French Press and level the bed gently.
Step 4—Pour
Start your timer.
Pour all 500g of hot water slowly over the grounds, making sure they're fully saturated.
Give it a gentle stir if needed.
Step 5—Steep
Place the lid on with the plunger pulled all the way up.
Let the coffee steep undisturbed for 4 minutes.
Step 6—Plunge
Press the plunger down slowly with steady pressure.
Avoid forcing it.
Step 7—Enjoy
Pour immediately into your cup or serving vessel.
Leaving coffee in the French Press after brewing may lead to over-extraction.
